Advertising Policy

Suburban Media Group endeavors to see that all advertising copy, neatly presented, is correctly printed. The publisher assumes no financial responsibility for typographical errors in advertising, but will gladly reprint, without charge, that part of an advertisement in which any error may occur. Advertisers must notify Suburban Media Group within 24 hours for any errors in their advertising.

The Publisher also reserves the right to edit or reject any advertising copy deemed not in the public interest, contrary to Post Office regulations, or for any reason the publisher deems fit. Suburban Media Group will not knowingly accept any advertisement that is in violation of any laws.

Also, the publisher takes no responsibility for statements or claims made in any advertisement.

Suburban Media Group delivers its publications through the U.S. Postal Service. In the event that the U.S. Postal Service is unable or unwilling to deliver the Shopper’s Guide and/or the Turnpike Buyer in a timely manner, Suburban Media Group reserves the right to deliver these publications in any reasonable manner. In this circumstance, Suburban Media Group will not guarantee total or timely delivery, and by placing an ad with us our advertisers agree that these efforts by Suburban Media Group will satisfy all our delivery obligations to our advertisers.
